The quality policy and objectives are mandatory to all employees of Jana Trading. All employees are made aware of quality policy through, awareness programs, displays along with confidentiality and fair practice agreements. At Jana Trading Each employee is strongly instructed to make its own contribution to this quality policy and fully support all quality securing activities.

SAFETY POLICY

Health and safety are of vital interest to everyone in Jana Trading, each level of our organization is accountable for safe performance. Jana Trading provides an accident-free and comfortable work environment by eliminating recognized hazards from the workplace. In order to maintain the safety standards desired by our company, it is necessary to actively follow an accident prevention program through all levels of our company, from management through all employees. All employees and sub-contractors are given appropriate training to make sure they can carry out their work safely and all staffs are proactive in continually monitoring and reporting any new hazards so that accidents can be avoided.

Jana trading regularly reviews its working practices including the general working environment to ensure that best practices are adopted. At Jana Trading Health and safety guidance is given to all employees upon joining the company and regular update sessions are held for existing employees.
